The options are endless, but achieving the perfect colour match is priceless.
Which fitting method is the best?
There is no right and wrong answer to this question; it depends on the look you want to achieve and how permanent you want this look to be. For a quick, effective solution clip ins are great, but for a longer lasting look bonded applications or wefts are a popular option.

Can I heat my hair extensions?
Yes, all stranded International hair extensions can have heat applied. The heat resistant synthetic fibre is heat resistant up to 180 Degrees, and the human hair extensions can be heated up to 230 Degrees. Although it is safe to heat the hair to these high temperatures, we would always recommend a heat protection spray is applied first to help protect the quality of the hair.
How long should my extensions last?
This depends on the type of hair you purchase and how well you look after your hair extensions. With the correct aftercare and regular maintenance (for professionally applied extensions) this will all increase the life span of your hair extension. It is important to remember aftercare is critical in maintaining human hair extensions, as the product is no longer living and receiving natural oils from your scalp; aftercare will help re-nourish the hair and keep the hair in good condition.
What lengths of hair extensions do you offer?
Our Human Hair and Heat Resistant hair ranges from 14inches to 22inches.
Can human hair be coloured?
Yes, the human hair can be coloured. However, it is important that we state at this point, that once the hair has been coloured or treated by you or your hairdresser, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee over the hair or its quality. We will not accept any returns for hair which has been coloured, toned or silver shampoo has been used on. When manufacturing the human hair extensions, the hair goes through many vigorous processes to achieve the colours in our range. This being said, we cannot guarantee the quality of the hair has not been jeopardised once it has been coloured by yourself or your hairdresser, therefore colouring the hair forgoes any quality guarantee we may offer.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are accepted, however, due to hygiene reasons, all products must be unopened and in its original packaging for an exchange to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for an exchange.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not have a free returns system. Please ensure that all returns are sent recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage receipt.
Do you refund the delivery charge?
Unfortunately, the delivery charge will not be refunded, however, if you do exchange an item you will not be charged again for postage.
